Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Aerial Devices, Digger Derricks, Service Bodies and Cranes. Water can leak into the strobe lights, which could cause an electrical short-circuit.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Aerial Devices (AT, TA, L44, L45, LR8, AA, AM, AN) and D series Digger Derricks (DH, DL, DM, DT). The power inverter that converts electrical DC power to AC power may have been installed without a circuit breaker to protect the AC output circuit.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2004-2023 AT Series aerial devices. The cables in the engine compartment may contact the vehicle's hood, damaging the cables and causing a short circuit.

Altec will provide owners with instructions to inspect the fuel lines. If the lines are improperly secured, Altec will provide a kit to secure the lines. Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Altec LR7 and LR8 aerial devices. The hydraulic cylinder feeder tube routed near the cylinder rest bracket may become damaged and leak oil, which can result in uncontrolled boom movement.

Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2023-2024 aerial devices, digger diggers, pressure diggers, service trucks, reel lifters, pressure washers, and articulating crane models built on a Freightliner M2 Plus chassis. Please refer to Altec's recall report for specific vehicle make and model details. The lighting wire harness may be overloaded, preventing the vehicle lighting from illuminating. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

The Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR) listed on the vehicle certification label may be incorrect, leading to the vehicle being unintentionally overloaded.

Altec will provide owners with instructions to inspect the cable crimps. If the cables are improperly crimped, Altec will provide instructions and a kit to replace the wire rope assemblies.
