IN THE STATES OF TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS, LOUISIANA, AND MISSISSIPPI ONLY. THE LUG NUTS CONTAIN A DEFECT WHICH COULD CAUSE LOSS OF THE LUG NUTS, AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF THE WHEEL.
