KAWASAKI IS RECALLING 5,804 MY 2008 KL650E8F AND KL650E8FL (CALIFORNIA) MOTORCYCLES. THE TURN SIGNAL STALK(S) CAN BREAK, RESULTING IN THE SIGNAL ASSEMBLY HANGING BY THE WIRE HARNESS.
